What are the payment options? Any purchase from our online store can be paid by credit/debit card, by bank transfer using Mercado Pago or Paypal
Can I trust giving my card details? From MNN we do not have access to your bank details at any time. When entering the payment process, you are redirected to the secure payment provider's gateway and thus your data is completely invisible to us. Once the payment is made, it is the provider who gives us instant confirmation that the payment has been processed correctly.
Shipping Questions
How long will my purchase take to arrive? All orders are processed daily Monday through Friday and are usually delivered to the courier the same day. If your purchase is made on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, it will be delivered to the parcel on Monday, or the next business day after purchasing on a holiday.
And how long will it take? Depending on where you are, standard shipping can take 3 to 5 business days from the moment of your purchase.
What is the minimum order to not pay shipping? All purchases of $500 or more will have FREE LOCAL shipping in the Monterrey metropolitan area. Also, all purchases of $1000 or more will have FREE shipping to the entire Mexican Republic.
Can I buy online and pick it up at the store? Definitely! When selecting the shipping method, you can choose the "Pick up in store" option. Within one day we will confirm with an email that your order is ready to be picked up. You will only need to go with your purchase confirmation and your identification.
How can I contact them? Very easily through WhatsApp by clicking on the "Do you have any questions" button that is located in the lower right part of the web page.
